Some days you just cant win.

The laptop I am using is as previously noted a bit of a lemon... well actually its a compaq but I guess maybe the same thing.
Its as slow as a snail its running vista but WAS never supposed to as the memory and processor cannot cope with it.
Tonight I downloaded all the drivers I would need to reinstall and reached for my Windows XP disc to put it back to something useable. Only to find I hadn't brought it back from UK !
But every cloud has a silver lining I have decided this one is so frustrating for what I am trying to do that I will need to buy a replacement for use in the flat and use this one in the school, for a start it will save me carrying one back aand forward.
So tomorrow I will go look at Laptops with the intention of getting something a little bit faster, and more reliable.
No news on the job front yet unless YOU know differently of course. But as soon as I have anything concrete I will of course update here.
Jeans day went well and I enjoyed the 2 classes I had and the 4 hours I had to get all the GRADING I had left to do DONE !!!
Now its time for bed infact at midnight in colombia I am almost asleep sitting here but at least I can have a long lie tomorrow.
