A moment in time.

Moment 1
Having been at work all day since this mornings "Bogota Bingo Record" post I decided to have a quick google to see if they had actually gained the record... sadly I still don't know BUT what did surprise me is that using that search in Google UK resulted in my Blog post from this morning being the 5th top HIT out of 40,000 links. Now that is scary ...laughs.
Moment 2
I haven't been particularly sexist in this blog since I started so I figure I can be allowed one small indiscretion since its nearly christmas. So here goes... I can honestly say, hand on heart, and state without fear of contradiction that the female population of Bogota have some of the sexiest damn asses I have ever had the pleasure of walking behind. Sorry but some days you really do just have to stop and take in the view, and the view is fine.
Moment 3
This being the first Monday of the Month meant it was Quiz night in the Irish bar run by the British Embassy. I had forgoton but fortunately others hadn't, so after a few minutes of organisation it was planned. I met up with Diana, Chris and Amy with Marion, Bill and Val making up their own team. Now to say we did well is an understatement we were tied for first place going into the final round. Sadly falling at the final hurdle Christmas Lyrics name the song or carol !!! But we excelled in disney Characters and Films and the picture round.. CLEAVAGES.. yes you can tell its a very intellectual quiz night. We came in 4th 3 points off the lead at the end a pretty acceptable outcome considering the talent we were up against.
Moment 4
At the end of the evening I walked back about the mile to my house from where I asked Diana to drop me off. It is only at night you really get a feel for how pretty this area of Bogota is with every building festooned in christmas lights. Bogota and the area I stay in Cedritos really does make UK seem very dull in comparison, and the city well this area, has an almost magical feel. They might not have the snow but they certainly do have the atmosphere.
Chao, hasta manyana mi amigos
