It wasn't something I was expecting to go to, but Marion the Science teacher at the Anglo suggested it over Curry yesterday. so I tagged along, I had mentioned it to Amy and She mentioned it to Chris, so with Valerie the 5 of us descended on the Irish Pub in Bogota... Yes Bogota has your typical Irish Pub ! Tonight one of the rooms was set aside for the UK Embassy Pub Quiz with about 7 teams of between 5 and 8 of UK Ex Pats getting together to compete, the Night was tense.
As a scratch team we did well coming a very respectable Second and having a good laugh through out. This quiz is run every 1st Monday of the Month and will be worth attending again as the general level of discussion and relaxation was very good, and with the mix of ages and knowledge we could scare ourselves and manage to sneak in first, and all without a single googled answer anywhere.
