Up to now I have been "stealing" air time on some innocent souls wifi network. Yes I know I feel guilty but if its there and they havent secured it its almost like saying you have some time steve, honest I dont mind. However since this is Colombia I don't think I'll tell them I have been borrowing !!! much better word some of their bandwith. Today however sometime between 7am and 11am the man from the cable company will come and install cable and internet. Hence why I am up at 6am !!! Can life get any better lol ! Seriously though it is an area I find difficult when I have been used to being online and having information at my fingertips both through the net and news progs on TV up to now that information has still been there since the area of Bogota I am in in the North (Called Cedritos) has good access and once you look for them Internet cafes on most corners. Internet costs 1200 peso for an hour which for those with a mathematical bent you will realize is somewhere about 30p, very easy for me to afford but still expensive for over 70% of the population.
If you want to know a kind of specific area in Bogota for where I am then run up google earth and type into the search area.. Bogota Colombia Calle 140 (calle pronounced cahdge means street)on the map you will see some preset markers top left is ( I ) Photo Japon a camera shop if you follow the angled street that runs top left to bottom right about half way down is marker ( H ) this is at a junction with a road running bottom left to top right and if you follow that road up to the cross roads you will have found me.. I live on the bottom right corner of that cross roads (scene of the accident). Hope you can see me waving !!
