Return from the past

Day 4 meant the return to Bogota by bus. The early morning rise... yes the sodding donkey was still standing in for the cockeral that was having another day off.. and shower (still not convinced that the item over the shower tray is actually a shower, looks more like some ancient item of torture / but it does throw out hot water.

The journey back is slow but efficient and since its raining being in a nice warm bus is a plus. When they put on the afternoon movie its a real tear jerker about huskies left in the antartic. even in Spanish I find it quite an emotional film... but even funnier is the wee Colombian sittign beside me who at every really emotional bit says somethign to me and I nod and try to look sympathetic this works all the way through the film...

The last image relates to the South American Religious view of Mary, Jesus and Joseph though of course in the imagery here in South America Joseph wears a typical Colombian hat - bet you never knew Joseph was Colombian.
