Its Thursday and the day was still a bit chaotic with kids trying to bring in the last pages for their end of term hand ins. I should be cold and heartless but in truth I want as many kids to pass as possible for this first term to show the kids and the department are settling in. That doesn't mean I am adjusting any figures just being a bit lenient with the time as I can be. Though tomorrow is the end of the line since I have to have all the data online by Monday night (Guess my weekend might be a little busy), just as well I can access the school system from home.
Diana and I also ran the first of the after school clubs, we had about 10 kids and they all seemed quite into the whole technology concept though we were concentrating on Casting, (Yes i got to play with more casting), Acrylic and some Card work.
Will be interesting to see if we get a few more next week.
Tomorrow is of course Friday and for the first time in ages its also Day 6 meaning its the end of a week and a cycle and damn it feels good to have both at the same time.
However I also lose some teaching as the school are closing early to celebrate a Halloween fancy dress party from 1230 onwards. Unfortunately I can't take part straight away as I have an eye test as part of the school free medical system at 1230 such a shame really I was so looking forward to getting dressed up .. no seriously I was ... Honest...Look would I lie to you !!!! (adjusts nose back to normal size and smiles at Gepetto)
Aside from the lack of teaching I will at least get some photo opportunities for the Blog.
